I am now well into my preparation for the upcoming season. In January I was over in America visiting a friend and did a bit of practice with him. I am in Spain playing in the second stage of European Tour Qualifying School. I am playing is Las Colinas near Alicante. For the last Euro Pro Tour event of the season for the top 60 in the order of merit it was off to Mar Menor golf resort in Murcia, Spain. Fortunately for me one  of the courses for the first stage of tour school is Dundonald Link which is a course I know well. It is also only an hour and a half from home which makes it feel that bit easier too. Lingfield Park was one of few courses that hadnt been on the Euro Pro schedule before so it was the first time I had been there. After a good event at the Players club it was down to Formby Hall for the 3rd tournament in a row and my confidence was growing after some good results. After a good weeks practice at home it was time to hit the road again for one of my shorter drives down to crewe. Its a course I have played the past two years and both times missing the cut by 1 shot so I was hoping to improve on that dramatically. I turned up at the next tournament in Ireland at Fota Island golf club with a lot of confidence and felt a lot more experienced from the last event.
